Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Export Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in an export house, preferably from the fashion jewelry industry. The candidate should have strong buyer handling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage orders from development to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communication with overseas buyers via email, calls, and meetings
- Manage sampling, approvals, production follow-ups, and dispatch coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Follow up on payments and account receivables
- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions
- Maintain strong buyer relationships and ensure timely deliveries
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in Export House
- Fashion Jewelry industry experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of export processes and buyer coordination
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
