We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our international B2B clients and our internal design and production teams, managing everything from initial CAD approvals to final inspection reports.
📍 Location: Tuticorin

What You’ll Do:
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for global buyers, managing daily communications and order updates.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate on technical layouts, secure CAD approvals, and ensure exact color fidelity using Pantone matching.
- Sampling: Coordinate, track, and dispatch Pre-production samples for client sign-off.
- Documentation & Tracking: Manage critical export documents (PIs, POs & PLs) and maintain Time & Action calendars to ensure zero production delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of merchandising experience (preferably in home textiles, mats, rugs, or carpets).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for design detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and order-tracking workflows.
