Role Description
* Drive international business development and secure export orders for our men's leather shoe collections.
* Leverage your existing global network to instantly open doors with global footwear brands and retail chains looking for reliable manufacturing partners.
* Manage the complete sales pipeline: from initial product presentation and sampling to complex price negotiations and final order closures.
Preferred candidate profile
* We need a market-fluent strategist with at least a decade of dedicated footwear export experience.
* The ideal candidate possesses a deeply rooted, highly active professional network of international buying houses, footwear brands, and global sourcing heads across the US, UK, and Europe.
* We require someone whose established industry relationships allow you to seamlessly introduce new, volume-driven buyers to our facilities and hit the ground running from day one.
* 10-15 years of hardcore international marketing experience exclusively in premium leather footwear.
* Strong adequate product knowledge and technical know-how of men's shoe construction and costing.
* An active, trusted portfolio of global buyers and brands.
