Speedways Rubber Company, Jalandhar (Punjab), a leading manufacturer in the tyre industry, is seeking an experienced Export Manager to develop and manage international markets for the company’s tyre products, ensure smooth export operations, and achieve targeted sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets for tyre products.
- Appoint and manage overseas distributors, dealers, and agents.
- Achieve export sales targets (volume & revenue).
- Conduct market research to understand demand, competition, and pricing.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
- Oversee preparation of export documentation such as:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory availability for export orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field. MBA / PGDM in International Business preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in export sales, preferably in tyre or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade laws
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Market development and strategic thinking
