Safal Seeds & Biotech Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Export Manager to lead and expand its international business in vegetable seeds. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing export markets, managing global client relationships, and driving sustainable sales growth across international regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective export strategies for vegetable seeds
- Identify, evaluate, and expand new international markets and business opportunities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with overseas distributors and clients
- Manage export documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams for production planning and ensure timely order dispatch
Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (mandatory)
- Experience in vegetable seeds sales or breeding is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Experience Required3–7 years (flexible based on candidate profile)
CompensationCompensation will be offered as per industry standards and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
