Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Manager located in Morbi. The Export Manager will oversee international sales operations, develop and execute export strategies, and manage relationships with clients and distributors in global markets. Responsibilities include drafting and implementing business plans, navigating international trade regulations, negotiating contracts, and driving the growth of international business. The role also includes monitoring shipment schedules, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and providing excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Export and International Trade operations
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategy development
- Experience with International Business development and relationship management
- Proficiency in Sales and client negotiations within a global market
- Knowledge of trade regulations, documentation, and compliance
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the tile or similar industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software, including CRM systems, is preferred
