Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Import Operator and Sales Marketing professional based in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include handling export-import operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing customer inquiries, developing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing activities. The candidate will also collaborate across teams to streamline processes and meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Operating Systems relevant to logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including creating and managing client accounts.
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments and schedules.
- Familiarity with export-import documentation and compliance regulations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is desirable.
