Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Export & Import Operations role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end logistics operations, including preparation and verification of export and import documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The candidate will liaise with clients and partners, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain accurate records for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Export Documentation, Import Export, and Export processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and resolve queries effectively.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including maintaining accurate records and managing workflows in logistics operations.
- Relevant prior experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
