Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Import Documentation role based in Unjha. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export and import documentation in line with regulatory and client requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure accurate paperwork, timely shipments, and compliance with international trade regulations. The role also includes maintaining records, tracking shipments, resolving documentation-related queries, and supporting customers with clear communication regarding shipment status and requirements. The team member will contribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes and adherence to company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should have knowledge of international trade regulations and basic logistics concepts.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and capable of handling digital documentation systems.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Prior experience in export/import operations or logistics, preferably in agro-commodities or related sectors, is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
