Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Export & Import Customer Service // Junior Sales Executive. The role involves managing export documentation, liaising with clients to provide exceptional customer service, and facilitating seamless export-import operations. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating shipments, and supporting sales activities by identifying potential business opportunities and building client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ExportDocumentation and knowledge of Import Export processes
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with export practices and regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industries is an advantage
