Role Description
The Export Executive is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhavnagar. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating with international clients, facilitating the end-to-end export process, and overseeing compliance with international trade regulations. The Export Executive will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely shipments, maintain records, and support the sales team in expanding export markets. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in the field of international trade.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation, including preparation of required documentation for customs and shipping
- Strong understanding of Export processes and regulations, and familiarity with Import-Export procedures
- Experience in Sales related to international markets and client relationship management
- Knowledge of International Trade operations and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in using relevant computer applications and tools for documentation and communication
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in export or import industries is an advantage
