Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Export Executive for an on-site role based in Chakan. The Export Executive will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating international trade operations, and ensuring compliance with import-export regulations. Tasks include overseeing the entire export process, collaborating with sales teams, maintaining international client relationships, and supporting new business opportunities. The role requires efficient management of logistics and communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of Export processes
- Experience in Import Export and International Trade operations
- Ability to ensure compliance with international trade guidelines and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software/tools for documentation and logistics tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or the food production industry is advantageous
