🚀 We’re Hiring – Export Executive
📍 Location: Dahej Plant, Bharuch, Gujarat
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Executive to join our team at our Dahej Plant in Bharuch, Gujarat.
🔎 Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments and maintain proper documentation records
- Assist in import-related documentation and coordination when required
- Follow up on export payments and maintain export records
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipments as per customer requirements
- Maintain communication with internal departments (Sales, Production, Accounts) for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Import & Export operations
- Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
