Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Export Executive will manage end-to-end export processes, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of orders. This role involves maintaining communication with international clients, tracking orders, resolving shipment issues, and supporting sales activities in overseas markets. The Export Executive will monitor compliance with export regulations, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams such as production, finance, and sales to ensure smooth export operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export processes, including Export Documentation and general Export procedures.
- Experience in Import Export operations and familiarity with International Trade practices and regulations.
- Ability to support Sales activities in export markets, including client coordination and order follow-up.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export software tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Prior experience in jewelry or related manufacturing exports is preferred, but candidates with relevant export experience in other industries will be considered.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field is beneficial.
