Export Executive 3-5 years exp Export Documentation
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary Up to Rs. 6 lpa
Any graduate with certification in Export Import
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List,
Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other related
documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHA), transporters, and
shipping lines to ensure smooth dispatch and shipment execution.
Communicate with overseas clients regarding order processing, shipment status, and
delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, foreign trade policies, and
internal company procedures.
Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and follow up on payments, Letters of
Credit (LC), and other export-related transactions.
Prepare and maintain export records, shipment trackers, MIS reports, and related
documentation.
Handle export incentives, benefits, and claims, including DGFT-related
documentation, where applicable.
Proactively resolve shipment-related issues, delays, documentation discrepancies, and
customer queries.
Coordinate internally with production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth
export operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in export operations (experience may vary based on role
requirements).
Strong knowledge of export documentation andterms.
Familiarity with customs procedures and international trade practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially for overseas coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
