Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Executive, based in West Delhi. The primary responsibilities include preparing, verifying, and managing export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves coordinating with clients, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the timely dispatch of shipments. The Export Documentation Executive will ensure all processes align with company policies and global trade requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and Export regulations
- Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation-related tasks
- Familiarity with international trade practices and export-related software
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in the export industry is a plus
- Shipping, Logistics, CHA Handling, Customs clearance etc
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a relevant field is preferred
