Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar for an Export Documentation professional. The individual will be responsible for preparing, managing, and verifying export-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with customers and freight forwarders, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves addressing client queries related to export processes and providing high-quality customer service to support exports.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Import Export regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under minimal supervision
- Relevant experience in the food production or export industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
