Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Documentation Specialist. The position is based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, and involves preparing export checklists, managing shipping bills, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. The role also includes effective communication with clients and freight partners, addressing inquiries, and supporting the documentation process for both imports and exports within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and a strong understanding of Export processes
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Import Export operations
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in logistics or freight handling is an advantage
