Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Navi Mumbai, is for an Export Documentation and Customer Service Specialist. The responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and understanding of Import-Export regulations
- Strong network and coordination with shipping lines required.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Export and Import coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with international trade guidelines
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
