Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Documentation (Accountant), located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation in compliance with international regulations, coordinating logistics for export shipments, liaising with clients and distributors, ensuring the accuracy of import-export processes, and maintaining records for all international transactions. Additional tasks include providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth execution of export operations by interfacing with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Export Documentation and knowledge of Import Export operations and compliance
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in handling export transactions and coordinating with distributors
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- An understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and databases related to trade documentation is beneficial
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in Commerce, International Trade, or a related field
