📌 Position: Export CRM / Key Account Manager
📍 Location: Delhi
👨💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Only Export Freight Forwarding)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow key export accounts
• Handle Air & Sea export shipments end-to-end
• Coordinate with operations, pricing & documentation teams
• Follow up on quotations and ensure business conversion
• Resolve customer queries & agent-related issues
• Drive revenue, shipment volume & territory growth
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in Export Freight Forwarding
✔ Knowledge of export documentation & logistics processes
✔ Excellent communication and client handling skills
✔ Ability to manage key accounts and generate business
