Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Coordinator based in Chittur. The Export Coordinator will manage daily export operations, including documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment tracking. They will liaise with clients and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues related to shipments or customs procedures.
Qualifications
- Expertise in export documentation, logistics management, and shipment tracking
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international trade compliance, and shipping procedures
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills for working with clients and vendors
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with export software applications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in export coordination or supply chain management is an advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
