Export Sales Coordinator – International Business
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time at our Indore office. The role focuses on expanding the company’s international business by generating new export opportunities, managing overseas customer relationships, and coordinating export sales operations smoothly from inquiry to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets
* Generate fresh leads through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and market research
* Communicate with international buyers through email, calls, and virtual meetings
* Follow up with existing overseas clients to strengthen relationships and increase repeat business
* Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate order processing
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and documentation teams for timely execution of export orders
* Handle export sales coordination including shipment planning and customer updates
* Maintain customer databases, sales records, and export-related reports
* Support participation in international trade fairs and B2B meetings
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
* Experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Export Coordination
* Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
* Knowledge of export procedures, international trade processes, and documentation
* Ability to generate and convert international leads into business opportunities
* Understanding of ocean freight, shipping coordination, and export logistics is an advantage
* Strong negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and online B2B platforms
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Prior experience in FMCG or food export industry will be an added advantage
