Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram for Automotive Component.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities in international markets, developing customers, managing export sales and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires creating actionable business plans, executing sales strategies, market research, developing funnel for different markets and providing support for expanding the company's global footprint. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and support market analysis and strategic planning efforts.
The candidate must have experience to deal with International Purchase offices of the OEM's, Tier 1's in the Automotive Industry.
Qualifications
- Excellent experience in developing markets by self and managing the relationships.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and the development of actionable strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Experience in International Business, including knowledge of global market dynamics and regulations
- Proven expertise in Export operations, including documentation, compliance, and trade facilitation
- Strong background in Business Development and the ability to identify and secure new market opportunities
- Sales acumen, including negotiation and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in the business development of Automotive Parts is a MUST
- Proficiency in market analysis and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for business development purposes
