Role Description The Export Manager role at Shivnath Industries is a full-time position based in Bharuch with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Export Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including managing export documentation, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining relationships with global clients and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing export strategies, negotiating terms with international buyers, monitoring sales performance in overseas markets, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves close collaboration with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective operations, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Export operations and compliance, with the ability to manage documentation, logistics, and customs requirements.
- Skills in Business Planning and Sales to develop export plans, set targets, and drive revenue growth in international markets.
- Understanding of International Business and International Trade, including INCOTERMS, trade regulations, and global market dynamics.
- Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is highly beneficial, particularly in handling bulk and hazardous materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills for working with international clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and basic export-related software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in export/import management are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Bharuch, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
