Export AssistantShitla Papers Private Limitedfull-timeRequired skillscomplianceERPAbout the role Shitla Papers Private Limited Website: shitlapapers.com Job details: DESIGNATION : EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVEKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify export documentation such as:Commercial InvoicePacking ListShipping BillBill of Lading / Airway BillCertificate of OriginLUT, ARE-1, GSP, etc.Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade policies.Handle documentation for LC (Letter of Credit) and bank-related export procedures.Track shipment schedules and update customers regarding dispatch status.Maintain records of export documents and shipment details.Prepare and submit documents for DGFT, ECGC, and other government authorities if required.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales teams for timely shipment.Ensure timely filing and accuracy of export data in ERP/software.Handle export-related correspondence with overseas clients.Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment issues.Required SkillsKnowledge of export procedures and international shipping documentation.Understanding of customs clearance and logistics processes.Good communication and coordination skills.Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Ability to work under deadlines.QualificationGraduate in Commerce / Business Administration / International Trade or related field.Certification in Export-Import Management preferred.Experience1–5 years of experience in export documentation and logistics.
