Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Assistant based in Rajkot. The Export Assistant will manage day-to-day export operations, including processing export documentation, coordinating with clients regarding orders, managing export logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role will also involve maintaining effective communication with customers and addressing their requirements related to export and import processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Export Documentation and familiarity with overall export processes
- Experience in managing Import Export operations and International Business activities
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of trade compliance and international shipping regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and under minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and strong written and verbal communication skills
