Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Export and Import Executive, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home days. The role involves managing export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating logistics. Responsibilities include handling documentation, liaising with shipping partners, managing communication with clients, and providing exemplary customer service throughout the logistics process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Import and Export processes, with a strong understanding of international trade procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and partner interactions
- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of Import Logistics to oversee shipping and freight operations effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in international trade
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
