Your new role

Design, Demos, and Diligence.

We are looking for a technically minded individual with a focus on leading-edge network and security.

The ideal candidate will understand the concepts of network architecture and design and have an aptitude to progress into the world of Sales Engineering.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, working with Sales & Solution Consultants from an early stage of the opportunity cycle from both a technical & commercial perspective.
• Design and deliver detailed presentations and documentation both internally & externally that showcase your solution and benefits – either in person or over a video conferencing tool.
• Remain a point of contact, responsible for solution design, for Engineering, Delivery and support teams throughout an order lifecycle.

• Expectations for the role in 3 months is to have intermediate knowledge of the Exponential-e technologies.
• Success in this role will look like working autonomously on customer designs

What you’ll need to succeed

• Ability to communicate well with variety of stakeholders through a multitude of mediums on subject of knowledge.
• Working knowledge in common networking principles & protocols such as:
• L2-L4 TCP/IP Stack
• Protocols such as OSPF, BGP & VRRP
• Next-Gen Firewall, IPSec & application-aware routing
• SSIDs & Authentication
