Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Tech Lead / Architect with strong expertise in
Salesforce Service Cloud to drive solution design and lead development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with development while also playing a key role in architecture decisions, stakeholder communication, and team leadership. This role requires a balance of technical depth, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements
- Translate functional requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical designs
- Drive end-to-end development, including customization, configuration, and integrations
- Oversee development activities ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and APIs
- Manage and support system integrations using REST/SOAP and third-party tools
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior team members
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management
- Ensure solutions are compliant with security and data governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Automation, Omni-Channel, etc.)
- Expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers), Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce (if applicable)
- Experience in integration development using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, or Architect credentials
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations is a plus
