Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an Expert UX Designer at Attentions AI, based in the Pune Division, involves designing intuitive interfaces and creating outstanding user experiences. In this role, you will conduct user research to understand customer needs, develop prototypes and wireframes, curate visual designs that align with brand guidelines, and advocate for user-centered design principles. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall usability of the no-code Generative AI platform will also be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to understand and address user needs effectively.
- Expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create intuitive and user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in Visual Design to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.
- Experience using collaborative design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Ability to work in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments to achieve innovative design solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- Previous experience in designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
