Experiential Client Service Manager

The Mandate
At D Exuberance, we don’t just execute events—we build high-impact brand experiences across global MICE, large-scale productions, and integrated advertising.
We’re looking for a Client Service leader who can own relationships, think strategically, and deliver with precision at a global standard.
What You’ll Drive
• Lead key client relationships across MICE, experiential, and brand activations
• Convert ambitious briefs into insight-led, execution-ready solutions
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams—creative, production, vendors—seamlessly
• Own delivery excellence: timelines, quality, budgets, and on-ground execution
• Identify growth opportunities and scale accounts into long-term partnerships
What Sets You Apart
• 4–8 years in top-tier experiential / events / integrated agencies
• Strong exposure to global MICE, fabrication, and high-scale productions
• Sharp commercial thinking with a client-first mindset
• Exceptional communication and presentation ability
