Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Experienced Team Leader specializing in Title Search and Examining. The Team Leader will oversee a team of title search and examination professionals, allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Daily responsibilities include reviewing complex title reports, resolving title issues, verifying property records, and maintaining compliance with client and regulatory standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients, and implementing process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. The Team Leader will prepare regular status reports, manage escalations, and support leadership in meeting project and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in title search, title examination, and review of property records, with the ability to identify and resolve complex title issues.
- Proven team leadership experience, including task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring in a high-volume operations environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, cross-functional partners, and clients.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation, land records systems, and title-related tools or software.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple assignments, and maintain quality under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in law, commerce, or real estate-related fields is an advantage.
- Experience in outsourcing, shared services, or business process management (BPM) environments is preferred.
