At Karespot Technology, we're on a mission to transform weight management in India through digital-first GLP-1 programs and holistic care. As we grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Marketing Associate to amplify our brand voice and connect with our community.
What You'll Do:
✅ Plan, create & publish content across Instagram, WhatsApp & other platforms
✅ Develop engaging posts on health, nutrition, GLP-1 education & patient stories
✅ Track analytics and optimize content for reach and engagement
✅ Manage community interactions — comments, DMs, and queries
✅ Collaborate on campaigns, product launches & brand storytelling
✅ Keep content fresh by staying ahead of wellness and healthcare trends
What We're Looking For:
🔹 2–3 years minimum experience in social media marketing
🔹 Healthcare or wellness background is a strong plus
🔹 Strong copywriting and visual communication skills
🔹 Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Instagram & content tools
🔹 A creative, self-driven attitude with sharp attention to detail
