Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years experience, located in Hyderabad. The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing SAP FICO solutions, configuring systems to meet financial and controlling requirements, and providing end-user support. The role includes developing strategies to optimize financial systems, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep analysis of billing business processes and stakeholder requirements

• Map allocation output data to required billing file formats

• Document comprehensive business rules including tax codes, grossing up logic, stranded data identification, and threshold management

• Define UFA (Up Front Agreement) integration requirements and data flows

• Create detailed functional specifications for technical teams

• Identify and resolve data gaps with proposed solutions

• Engage proactively with Finance and Business Operations stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in finance and billing processes

• Strong background in business process documentation and functional specifications

• Experience with dataset analysis and data mapping/transformation logic

• Proven stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation skills

• Knowledge of allocation or billing systems (PaPM expertise not required)

• Self-driven, detail-oriented with excellent documentation capabilities

• Structured analytical thinking with ability to connect business and technical requirements
