Everline Hospitality Solutions is a newly established business in the hospitality supplies industry, currently building its B2B presence through IndiaMART. Our brand, Elirah, focuses on modern and professionally curated hospitality essentials for hotels and hospitality businesses.
As we are in the early stages of building the business, we are looking for someone with real hands-on IndiaMART experience who can help independently manage inquiries, client communication, quotations, and overall day-to-day operations on the platform. This role is best suited for someone who has previously worked with hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, packaging, hygiene products, or other B2B wholesale businesses and already understands how IndiaMART operations work.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi/ Gurugram for an Experienced IndiaMART Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IndiaMART account, handling inquiries, responding to buyers, following up on leads, sharing quotations, and coordinating day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities also include creating and managing product listings, maintaining communication with clients, coordinating orders, and helping grow the company’s B2B presence through proactive client engagement and lead management.
Qualifications
• Prior hands-on experience managing IndiaMART accounts is mandatory
• Experience handling B2B inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups
• Strong communication and client coordination skills
• Experience in hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, packaging, hygiene products, or similar industries preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month (depending on experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: New Delhi/ Gurugram (On-site)
