Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajkot for an experienced International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) French Educator. The role includes planning and delivering effective French language lessons that align with IBDP standards, fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, and evaluating student performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, supporting co-curricular activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design tailored to the needs of IBDP French programs
• Strong experience in Education and Teaching within the International Baccalaureate framework or a similar academic system
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training or mentoring students with diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
• Fluency in French and a solid understanding of teaching methodologies and best practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, Education, or relevant field (IB-certified teaching experience preferred)
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
