🚨 We're Hiring | Experienced HVAC Designer/Modeler (3+ Years) 🚨
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer /Modeler with 3+ years of experience to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
✅ Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
✅ Ability to prepare detailed HVAC models.
✅ Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
✅ Good understanding of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.
✅ Familiarity with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM workflows.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate HVAC BIM models.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Update models based on design revisions and site requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards.
