Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Freight Broker to join our team in a remote capacity. This role involves managing freight transportation services, negotiating with carriers, building relationships with clients, handling freight dispatching, and ensuring seamless communication across the transportation process. You will work closely with customers to meet their logistics needs while maintaining excellent service standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations.
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Account Management to foster client relationships.
- Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a results-driven attitude.
- Prior experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems or related software is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
