Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bikaner for experienced faculties specializing in NEET (UG) coaching. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in preparing for NEET (UG) for subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Other responsibilities include creating course content, preparing study materials, evaluating student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. Faculty members are expected to stay updated with exam patterns, ensure concept clarity, and address the individual learning needs of students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology for NEET (UG)
- Strong command over subject matter and ability to explain complex concepts with clarity
- Experience in preparing curriculum, study materials, and test papers
- Effective classroom management and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Passion for teaching and dedication to student success
- Master’s degree or higher qualification in relevant subjects (M.Sc. / M.Phil. / Ph.D.) is preferred
- Prior experience in NEET (UG) coaching or competitive exam teaching is an advantage
