Dream Craft Construction is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive online visibility, improve search rankings, and generate qualified leads.

Compensation: ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years (with proven results)

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Growth

• Develop and execute complete SEO strategy (On-page & Off-page)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve website rankings on Google
• Optimize website structure and performance
• Manage Google Search Console & Google Analytics

SEO-Driven Content Creation

• Create SEO-optimized website content and service pages
• Write high-quality blog articles targeting relevant industry keywords
• Optimize existing content for better search visibility
• Develop strategic content aligned with ranking and lead goals

Paid Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Generate qualified leads through paid and organic channels
• Monitor and improve ROI on campaigns
• Build and execute digital growth strategies

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Provide monthly performance reports
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and leads
• Suggest data-driven improvements

• Can show past campaign performance
• Understands ROI-focused marketing
