This is a full-time training role involving both online and offline sessions, across multiple time slots.
Batch Timings
- Morning Batch
- Afternoon Batch
- Evening Batch
- Weekend And weekday batches
- Week Off - Wednesday
Training Modules - Not all are mandatory
You will be responsible for delivering structured training across:
- Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Python
- Agile Methodology
- Jira
- Scrum
- Kanban
Requirement
- 3–5 years of training experience (mandatory)
- Strong command over analytics tools & concepts
- Ability to handle multiple batches and learner profiles
- Industry experience (preferred / added advantage)
- Excellent communication & delivery skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, engaging, and outcome-driven training sessions
- Ensure completion of 60-90-hour of training with high learner satisfaction
- Provide doubt-solving support during and after sessions
- Offer technical support related to tools, assignments, and projects
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for real-world hiring scenarios
- Guide learners on live projects, case studies, and portfolio building
- Track student progress and ensure learning outcomes are met
- Maintain batch discipline, engagement, and completion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum and delivery improvements
Work Mode
- Hybrid: Online + Offline (Center-based sessions) Saturday Sunday working - for online and offline batches - Week off Wednesday
