Role Description

This is a full-time, senior-level role for an Experienced Advocate (Senior Level), located on-site in our New Delhi office. The role includes handling litigation and advisory work across multiple practice areas, including arbitration, energy law, and insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients before various forums. The advocate will also strategize case approaches, advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, and mentor junior team members to uphold high-quality legal services.

Team management experience of Minimum 3-4 Juniors is must.

Individual client handling portfolio is desirable.

Salary- at part with market standards

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as petitions, contracts, and agreements
• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to conduct in-depth legal research and interpret complex legal issues
• Experience in handling litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters
• Sound understanding of specialized legal domains, such as energy laws, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and international trade laws
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in different legal forums
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB); a master’s in law (LLM) or equivalent specialization is an advantage
• A minimum of 7–15 years of relevant legal experience
