We are hiring Experienced Accounting Professionals to join our team supporting a reputed US-based service firm!
If you have strong hands-on experience across various accounting processes (bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closes, AP/AR, GL, financial reporting, etc.) and are looking for a stable, office-based role with international exposure — this is for you!
No prior US accounting or US GAAP knowledge required — we provide full training on US-specific processes. What we need is solid core accounting expertise and the ability to handle complex, high-volume transactions accurately.
Key Requirements:
- CA Inter qualified (preferred) or equivalent strong accounting background (B.Com + relevant experience also considered)
- Minimum 2–4+ years of practical experience in accounting processes (any industry — manufacturing, services, retail, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours (typically 7 PM – 4 AM IST or similar)
- Must be able to work full-time from our office in Magarpatta City, Pune
