Role Description
The Experience Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving customer engagement and sales growth. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, executing targeted sales strategies, and conducting product demonstrations. The role also involves identifying opportunities for customer training and providing support to enhance user satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and client relationship management.
- Proven ability in sales and sales management, including achieving growth targets and closing deals.
- Experience in conducting training sessions to educate and empower clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- Prior experience in EdTech or a related field is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
