Role Overview
We are looking for an Experience Operations & Partnerships Executive who will be responsible for onboarding and managing experience vendors, handling customer queries, and driving bookings for activities and experiences.
This role focuses entirely on building and scaling the experiences side of Staydaze.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Experience Vendor Onboarding
- Identify and onboard experience providers such as scuba diving, kayaking, trekking, sightseeing tours, etc.
- Partner with local operators, travel groups, and activity providers across key destinations
- Manage onboarding including pricing, inclusions, availability, and terms
- Ensure each experience is listed clearly and attractively for customers
2. Vendor Management & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with experience vendors
- Coordinate for availability, bookings, and service quality
- Negotiate pricing and ensure competitive offerings
- Ensure smooth execution of experiences on-ground
3. Customer Experience & Support
- Handle customer queries related to experiences via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Suggest relevant experiences based on customer preferences and trip plans
- Assist customers in booking individual experiences
- Resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience
4. Sales & Conversions
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed experience bookings
- Upsell experiences to customers who have already booked stays
- Follow up with leads and close bookings efficiently
- Work towards monthly revenue and booking targets
5. Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate between customers and experience vendors
- Manage schedules, bookings, and confirmations
- Ensure timely communication and smooth execution
- Handle any operational or on-ground issues proactively
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle both customers and vendors efficiently
- Interest in travel, activities, and local experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
