Role Description The Experience Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India, responsible for designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences at House of Memories. This role involves planning and coordinating daily hostel activities, events, and experiences that reflect the brand’s values and enhance guest satisfaction. The Experience Manager will oversee guest interactions from arrival to departure, address feedback, and ensure a high standard of service across all touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the hostel team, managing experience-related projects, monitoring guest reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve services and amenities. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with local partners, supporting marketing initiatives related to guest experiences, and ensuring smooth operational execution of all activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to manage guest interactions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, professional, and empathetic interactions with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret guest feedback, track experience metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute events, activities, and experience-focused initiatives effectively.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or experience design is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, guest-facing environment are preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hostel operations.
