Ozone Experience Centers are not showrooms. They are immersive, full-scale brand destinations where India’s top architects, interior designers, project developers, and premium homeowners come to discover, engage with, and specify the entire Ozone product universe — all under one curated, premium roof.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a showroom management job. This is a national leadership role where you will architect and own the end-to-end experience that defines how India's top architects, designers, and builders perceive the Ozone brand.
You will lead a network of premium Experience Centers across the country — setting strategy, building teams, driving footfall, and directly influencing sales pipeline. If you believe brand experience is the most powerful sales tool in the building materials industry, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
🏛 National Operations & Standards
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of all Ozone Experience Centers across India
- Set and enforce Gold-Standard SOPs — ensuring every center delivers a consistent, premium visitor experience
- Manage vendor relationships, facility upkeep, safety, and operational excellence
- Lead and mentor city-level teams, building a culture of hospitality and product pride
🤝 Client & Visitor Experience
- Design the visitor journey for architects, interior designers, builders, channel partners, and HNI retail customers
- Train and coach your teams on world-class demonstrations, storytelling, and consultative selling
- Ensure every walk-in leaves with a deeper respect for the Ozone brand
💼 Sales Enablement & Revenue Impact
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Project-Sales teams, and Channel Partners to convert leads arising from center visits.
- Own the center-to-sales conversion funnel: track, analyze, and optimize
- Support BOQs, product specifications, technical detailing, and solution presentations for high-value projects
- Maintain razor-sharp product knowledge — especially premium and newly launched SKUs
🎯 Events, Marketing & Brand Amplification
- Conceptualize and execute architect meets, product launches, partner evenings, and trade events
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, digital screens, collaterals, and brand storytelling
- Transform Experience Centers into live, buzzing brand touchpoints — not just static showrooms
📈 Reporting, P&L & Continuous Improvement
- Own weekly and monthly dashboards: footfall, lead quality, demo effectiveness, conversion, and NPS
- Manage Experience Center budgets and contribute to P&L accountability
- Mine customer insights to continuously evolve display strategies and demo experiences
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are a rare blend of hospitality leader, brand strategist, and sales enabler.
✅Your Background
- 7–12 years of experience in Experience Center Management, handling retail operations of COCO stores, premium showrooms, and customer experience centers, with strong expertise in retail management, team handling, customer engagement, sales operations, and overall store performance management.
- Industry background in Building Materials, Hardware, Architecture Fittings, or Interior Products is strongly preferred
- Experience managing multi-city teams and operations
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering; MBA is a plus
🔧 Technical Know-How
- Deep familiarity with hardware, glass systems, doors & windows, digital locks, or kitchen fittings
- Comfortable reading product specs, installation requirements, and translating them for clients
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and MS Office
