Software Engineer Xcelerator Rotation Program (Entry Level SWE)

Are you a new graduate looking to kick start your career in software engineering? We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Software Engineering Xcelerator Rotation Program! In this program, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience working across multiple teams and technologies within Experian's global technology organization. As part of this 12-24 month rotational program, you will: - Rotate through different teams and projects to develop a breadth of technical and business skills - Collaborate with talented engineers to build innovative products and solutions - Receive ongoing training and mentorship to accelerate your growth and development - Contribute to high-impact projects that directly support our business objectives - Transition into a full-time, permanent role upon successful completion of the program What we're looking for: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field - Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C++, or other modern languages - Passion for solving complex problems and continuously learning new technologies - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
