Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate user requirements into technical solutions. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern web technologies - Optimize web applications for performance, security, and accessibility - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on technical roadmaps - Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers - Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Strong proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) - Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) - Familiarity with web application architecture patterns and design principles - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
